Events

We no longer run our Table Quiz Night. However, throughout the year, there are many sporting occasions (i.e. the Marathon, Ladies Marathon, Sponsored cycles, runs, swims etc.) which people use to raise money for their favourite charity. If you are taking plart in any such event you may wish to consider the Cyril Duncan Siam Children's Foundation as a worthy cause.

In November 2008, Barbara Heffernan ran the New York City Marathon, raising funds for the Cyril Duncan Siam Children's Foundation. Read her account of the big day.

Donations

Approved for the Scheme of Tax Relief for Donations to Eligible Charities under Section 848A Taxes Consolidation Act 1977.
Minimum donation in any single year must be of a value of €250.00. Under this scheme the Charity can claim back tax on the donation.
